About the Job
The Administrative Specialist performs administrative support duties for the Client Services department. While this position includes some clerical duties, most of the responsibilities involve a wide array of duties and a high level of trust. The Administrative Specialist strives to acquire proficient knowledge of the healthcare industry and workflow solutions upon which Unlimited Systems’ customers depend.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Responding to client inquiries via the ServiceNow case management portal, telephone, and e-mail
• Complete, submit, and monitor agreements on a client’s behalf
• Manage and release authorizations for add-on products and providers at customer sites
• Leverage third-party enrollment sites for client agreements
• Compose and release company emails both internally and externally
• Plan and assist with annual conference and corporate events
• Entry level or working knowledge in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Assist with customer relationship management
• Coordinate department and team meetings
• Support Director level operational requirements
• Coordinate and track client software upgrades
• Leveraging Unlimited Systems’ tools, processes, and standards
